East Cobb Branch Making Holiday Crafts as Gifts for Seniors

On December 16, 2018, East Cobb Branch of AYLUS members folded origami and made various crafts to give away to seniors. In the spirit of the upcoming holiday season, many of the crafts made were Christmas themed. Among other things, the members made origami Christmas trees, stars, snowflakes, pipe cleaner wreaths, and felt stockings. The presents would later be given out to seniors at the musical performances. The AYLUS members had fun making the gifts and hoped that the things that they made would be able to make somebody’s day just a little bit brighter.

The members who participated were: Kevin Shen (1.5 hrs), Katherine Sha (1.5 hrs), Jonathan Wang (1.5 hrs), Michael Fu (1.5 hrs), Austin Wu (1.5 hrs), Iris Liu (1.5 hrs), Alexander Xue (1.5 hrs)
