On July 4th, 2024, West Essex AYLUS volunteers for local events on Independence Day. West Essex branch members worked at Livingston Chinese Association table at the annual July 4th celebration event to provide free games, kids activities, photo booth and prize to event participants. As part of the event, our members also performed martial art demos through out the day to introduce wushu to event participants.
West Essex members: 2.5 hours each for members Calvin Cheng, Brandon Wong, Alyssa Zhang, Jason Dong, Alex Dong, William Sun; 3.5 hours for Jessica Hao; 6 hours for Koko Fang, Audrey Kuo, Sophia Sun and Katherine Wang.
