On Saturday July 6th; Jordana, Yurong, and Yushan taught participating swimmers; Barry, Andy, and Darren at their last lesson. To start off the lesson they swam freestyle and freestyle kick for warmup. Then, Jordana worked with Andy on his freestyle breathing while Yurong and Yushan helped Andy and Darren work on their fly. For their final test; each swimmer had to swim down the pool and back two different strokes of their choice. All swimmers passed. To end off the lesson they played volleyball in the pool and had kick races. At the end of the lesson their was a potluck where the swimmers and volunteers ate lunch.
