On June 14th, 2024, Murrieta AYLUS members recycled their recyclables.
When they arrived, members organized their recyclables into plastics, aluminums, and glass. They had previously already organized all the recyclables so it was faster and more effective when sorting it. Members patiently waited until there were some unoccupied baskets. Members quickly dumped all the bags into the baskets and then weighed them. The total came out to $22.25 and was given to the treasurer for their next animal shelter visit.
