On Sunday 6/9/2024, after we got our tools and bucket and shovels, we were separated into about 5 groups to clean weeds around the tree area and under the bushes. During spring time, weeds come out really quickly. Only two weeks ago we put the mulches around the tree. And now the little weeds are coming out from under the mulches. We work one tree after another and we were able to finish the tree area then we were assigned to do bushes to finish off our weeding assignment. It is a little hard to clean under the bushes because some bushes are spiky. And sometimes the bushes are deep to reach. After that we were finishing up and that was around 3:00pm and that is when we ended the event.
