Metro Detroit AYLUS member Brenden Niu, along with his dad helped out at the Grace Centers of Hope lunch shift on December 26, 2023. The lunch shift was meant as a way for volunteers and residents of Grace Centers of Hope to work together to serve and provide meals. The organization is a non-profit dedicated to helping those who suffer from poverty, substance abuse, and domestic abuse. They establish places and safe havens for its residents, and create programs that give the residents skills that they can use to re-integrate themselves into society.
