On Dec.18th, West Essex members helped out at Martial Arts class. Zoe Leung and Hebe Leung volunteering 2 hours at Taekwondo class on 12/18. Volunteers coordinated and helped with teaching, warming up, Taekwondo forms nunchucks, and sparring footwork, so participants who are between 6-15 years old can increase their martial art skills.
