On Jan.17th, West Essex AYLUS volunteered at inclusive martial art class. Members guided participate during warm up, served as companies for participating children, and worked as assisted coach to teach participants steps and forms.
Taekwondo may promote self-confidence in social and physical abilities, leisure exploration, and participation in children with social interaction skills deficits.” (Calinog et al., 2021).
