Today, 12/10/23 the Jericho branch helped with Island Harvest’s food drive at the Hicksville Stop &Shop. We worked together to hand out flyers and collected donations in the form of nonperishable food, cash, toiletries, and gift cards. We were able to collect 900 lbs of food and raised over $500 worth of cash and gift cards. We were able to help provide a meal for many families in need by asking customers to consider buying some items off the list from the flyers we handed to them upon entering the store.
