On Nov. 18th, West Essex AYLUS members volunteered with My Circle of Friends to provide music class for special needs children. Members first read the lyrics together with the participants. Volunteers worked with each participant to sing line by line till they can sing it out loud. Then volunteers and participants sang the song as a group. This week, the group practiced the holiday songs, Frosty the snowman and Jingle bells. Members showed participant students what to expect when perform on a stage. They trained the students to stand strait, sing louder and not to run around when performing.
