The Wishing Crane Project
Wishing Crane Project’s mission is to instill hope and optimism into hospice patients statewide. “One origami paper crane represents good luck and happiness but if you create 1,000 origami paper cranes, you make a wish come true and you are also instilling good luck and happiness into the community.”
One folded paper crane is worth five minutes of volunteering. The papaer crane will be collected and sent to Hospice patents.
