Aylus Delaware Branch Members attended Red Clay Natural Center Spring Cleanup. More than 100 volunteers from different organization, schools, communities, local businesses to take action to restore clean waters to local streams, creeks, rivers and roads. Aylus Delaware Members was assigned to Ashland Nature center to help clean up 3 miles of roads and streams. In the middle of the day, a thunderstorm interrupted the cleanup process, but our Aylus Members decided to return in the afternoon and finished the whole 3 miles road cleaning. Their responsible attitude and volunteer spirits received great appraisements. and they also discovered how their everyday decisions affect the overall health of their local waterways, and ultimately foster a healthier and more sustainable relationship with earth.
