Even though the new school year has been busy, our volunteers have still put a lot of time and effort into tutoring their overseas students over the months of September and October. Our tutors deploy various methods in their English lessons, such as choosing a story with questions tailored to their student’s current reading level or preparing a list of vocabulary for the week. Through our tutors, the overseas students have reported higher marks and massive strides in their English interpersonal and interpretive skills. We thank our volunteers for finding and making time to teach these promising students and we look forward to working more with them in the future!
