On May 26, 2022, 6 musicians of the AYLUS East Cobb Branch performed music at Sunrise East Cobb, a senior living home, for 1 hour.
The musicians received a warm welcome as the seniors were finishing their dinner. After a few minutes of adjusting instruments and preparing, the musicians began performing in the front of the dining room. The performance included a diverse range of music, from classical violin and piano pieces to modern trumpet pieces. There was also singing accompanied by a guitar. As each performer finished their music, the seniors were impressed and clapped with enthusiasm. In the end, the seniors and the musicians enjoyed ice cream.
The musicians were delighted to perform for such an amazing audience. The performers worked hard on their pieces and were happy to be able to share their love of music with the seniors.
