Today our members helped with issues on how to delete photos on iPhone 2, upgrade the iCloud 3, create a kindle account and pin the person in messages. There were also questions about how to remove the abnormal blank in the message of iPhone 6, turn silence mode off on iPhone and issues regarding emails and sending emails to multiple people. A volunteer helped to set up an email list with everybody the woman wanted to send emails to, alongside giving her instructions and practicing using it. Another man needed help logging into his kindle, gave instructions on how to do so and use the kindle.
Our members helped seniors feel a sense of belonging in the new modern age of technology. Volunteers also talked and engaged with the seniors, learning what it truly means to be part of a community.
