The Birmingham Branch of AYLUS regularly volunteers at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens, assisting with the upkeep and maintenance of the gardens, as well as with regular seasonal events.
On February 21st, two AYLUS volunteers volunteered at the Birmingham Botanical Gardens. Members were in the Southern Living gardens laying mulch in the within the garden areas to protect the soil, supress future weed growth, and retain moisture for future plants.
