Every year, Book Harvest (https://www.bookharvest.org) honors Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s legacy by celebrating the power of community and the shared dream of books and literacy for all children through its largest annual event, Dream Big! This inspiring celebration is part book drive, part volunteer event, part community partner fair, and part festival — bringing people together to expand access to books and opportunity.
Our Morrisville Branch is a proud and ongoing supporter of the Dream Big initiative. We contribute by collecting books and actively participating in the book sorting and packing event, helping ensure that more children can build their own home libraries and a lifelong love of reading.
