On December 28th, 2025, AYLUS Houston volunteered at the Houston Food Bank, dedicating a three-hour shift to working in the Carousel Room. During this time, volunteers focused on sorting through donated goods and cleaning items to ensure they met safety and quality standards before distribution.
By carefully inspecting, sanitizing, and organizing donations, members helped prepare food and supplies for families in need and supported the smooth flow of the Food Bank’s operations. This behind-the-scenes work is essential to making sure resources are safe and ready for the community.
AYLUS Houston is proud of the dedication and teamwork shown by all volunteers and grateful to the Houston Food Bank for the opportunity to serve. We look forward to continuing our efforts to support their mission and help fight food insecurity in the Houston area.
