On January 3, 2025, AYLUS Murreita members went to Jacob’s House vegetable garden as usual. The bok choy seedlings we transplanted last week hadn’t grown well due to the continuous rain and cold weather, which was quite frustrating. Nevertheless, we continued weeding and fertilizing to replenish the soil nutrients. After finishing these tasks, we harvested the mature green onions, gave them to the residents of Jacob’s House, and ended our gardening work for the day.
