On December 27th, 2025, six AYLUS volunteers took time out of their day to volunteer at a Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) volunteer packing event. Upon arrival, each volunteer was provided a hairnet and attended a brief intro to FMSC and their volunteer guidelines. After the presentation, volunteers began the packing session in another room, working as either a weigher, sealer, bag opener, boxer, or ingredient feeder. Each table worked as a team to create readily-edible MannaPacks to be sent to various underserved and underprivileged countries. Each pack contained a combination of rice, soy, dried vegetables, and vitamins for a nutritiously-balanced and filling meal. Throughout the packing session, various friendly challenges amongst the tables were held, allowing for the experience to become motivating and enjoyable. Overall, during the session, AYLUS volunteers along with other community members helped contribute ninety-nine boxes of MannaPacks containing twenty-one thousand meals to be sent to other nations. Thank you to all volunteers who participated in this event!
