Murrieta AYLUS Lends a Hand to The Little Garden of Hope Project (#101) (12/27/2025)

Reported by Audrey Hsieh

On December 27 2025, Murrieta members returned to their garden work.

It had been raining for the past few days, but the sun finally came out today. We went to the garden and harvested some lush, green lettuce. Then we turned over the soil and mixed in fertilizer, preparing to plant new seedlings next week. We also planted the seedlings we had previously cultivated at home in loose soil, hoping they would receive more nutrients. Everyone worked together, some digging holes, some placing the seedlings, and some covering them with soil—each step was done carefully. Today we also delivered the vegetables we planted and harvested ourselves to Jacob’s House. We felt very happy and hope the residents will like them.
