On December 30th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members volunteered their time to support their local food bank, continuing their commitment to serving the community. Members were happy to be back and eager to help where needed.
Volunteers were assigned to two different stations. Two members assisted with loading food boxes, carefully transferring them from carts into clients’ cars to ensure a smooth and efficient distribution process. The other two members worked on preparing food boxes for families by packing essential items such as meats, fruits, deli products, and pastries into each box.
After completing box preparation, members helped restock the dessert and bread sections, making sure all items were neatly organized and easily accessible on the shelves. Following the morning meeting, volunteers noticed that fruit and vegetable bags were running low, so they stepped in to quickly assemble more bags to meet the high demand.
