Ham Giveaway Volunteer at San Bernadino County District 2 Supervisor’s Office on 12/13/25

On December 13, our young volunteers recently took part in a meaningful community service activity that involved working directly with a local government department to support a ham distribution effort. During the event, the volunteers had in-depth discussions with officials about the process of giving ham to community members, ensuring the distribution was organized, fair, and effective. This collaboration strengthened the relationship between the city’s youth volunteers and the government, highlighting the importance of teamwork in serving the community.

The two-hour volunteer activity proved to be both efficient and impactful. Volunteers remained highly dedicated throughout the entire session, working carefully and responsibly to help improve the distribution process. The time spent was well used, allowing the group to make meaningful contributions while gaining firsthand experience in community service and civic involvement. Overall, the activity was rewarding and demonstrated how young volunteers can play an important role in supporting local initiatives and helping those in need
