On November 22nd, volunteers from the Trophy Club Branch of AYLUS volunteered at the Grapevine Library STEM Saturday. Our members arrived at the venue to set up by setting down tape and putting up our Tri-fold. Then, as children began coming in, our members presented the Trifold which included information about the 4 forces that factor into making a successful paper airplane. Later, our members instructed the kids on how to fold their own paper airplane, and created a contest to see who could fly their planes the furthest. This event helped inspire curiosity and creativity in children.
