Houston Branch Serves at the Houston Food Bank on November 2nd, 2025

On November 2nd, AYLUS Houston volunteers spent the morning serving at the Houston Food Bank, dedicating their shift to sorting potatoes for distribution. Working together at the sorting stations, members inspected, cleaned, and organized large batches of produce to ensure only quality items were prepared for families in need. This hands-on work played an important role in helping the Food Bank supply fresh, healthy food to the community.

Throughout the session, volunteers demonstrated strong teamwork and efficiency, keeping the workflow smooth and productive. AYLUS Houston is proud of each member’s effort and grateful to the Houston Food Bank for providing another meaningful opportunity to give back. We look forward to continuing our partnership and supporting their mission to fight hunger across the greater Houston area.

Volunteers (3 hours): Jason Wang, Sherry Zhang, Fenghao Qi, Eric Chen, Yinen Shen, Leona Liu, Selina Han, Lily Zhang, Lina Luo
