On November 22nd, members of the Syosset AYLUS joined the Long Island Native Plant Initiative (LINPI) to assist with their support for local environmental initiatives. Members created a new batch of soil, which involved transporting the bags, watering it, and filling it with fertilizer. Volunteers also assisted uppotting, the process of putting mature plants into larger pots for their growth.
