Event 89: AYLUS Morris Branch Partners with GRACE to Support Local Families with Baby Essentials and Holiday Gifts in November 2025

The AYLUS Morris Branch partnered with GRACE (Giving and Receiving Assistance for our Community’s Essentials) to support local families in need through a meaningful collection and donation initiative. In preparation for the holiday season, members collected essential baby items such as baby bottles, diapers, and other necessities to help new parents in the community. Along with baby supplies, the branch also gathered 11 pounds of candy to bring joy and smiles to children and families. Volunteers carefully wrapped the candy into 40 colorful gift bags, ensuring each one was prepared with care and a festive touch.

On November 6th at 10 a.m., AYLUS Morris Branch delivered all donations to GRACE. The delivery marked the culmination of the team’s effort and compassion, showcasing their dedication to giving back to the community. The project not only provided much-needed supplies for families with infants but also added a sweet and cheerful surprise for children during the holiday season.

This partnership with GRACE (Giving and Receiving Assistance for our Community’s Essentials) highlighted the AYLUS Morris Branch’s ongoing commitment to community service, leadership, and kindness. Through teamwork and initiative, members learned how collaborative action can create a positive and lasting impact. By identifying local needs and taking concrete steps to help, the volunteers exemplified AYLUS’s mission of inspiring youth to lead through service. The event showed that even small acts—like collecting diapers or wrapping candy—can make a big difference in others’ lives. Through this successful collaboration, AYLUS Morris Branch once again strengthened its connection with the community and spread warmth, care, and holiday cheer to families in need.
