On 10/26/2025, West Essex members volunteered at Dozo Sushi from 9:30 am to 10:30 am for the event “Volunteering Onebook Reading Club” (The address is 163 S Livingston Ave, Livingston, NJ 07039 ). We continued reading The One and Only Ivan, and had them write a sentence with the most amount of new words we had discussed from the previous reading. They are improving in their ability to use context clues to define words and in what context to use them.
