On October 11, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members participated in the Outreach Farm Project to help with the annual pumpkin harvest.
Members were assigned to different tasks based on the needs of the field. Some were responsible for cutting the vines, while others carried the large, heavy pumpkins from the field and placed them beside the truck to be loaded later. Most members formed a human line to pass the pumpkins along, which greatly reduced walking distance and made the process more efficient.
Afterwards, they pulled up the plants and set them aside to be collected, also pulling up the plastic tarps so the plows could come through and folding the water lines.
