On Oct. 04, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members helped out at their local Habitat ReStore-Lake Elsinore. Habitat ReStores are independently owned reuse stores operated by local Habitat for Humanity organizations. ReStores accept donations and sell a constantly changing inventory of diverse, high-quality merchandise to the public at a fraction of the retail price while diverting reusable household items and building materials from area landfills. Upon their arrival, members were instructed to unpack the 3-in-1 frame box on promotion, apply the updated price labels, and arrange each individual set neatly on the rack for convenient access. They then reorganized two shelves located at the back of the store, cleaned and cleared the boxes before putting back the items, and ensured the shelves were properly arranged. When the time came for their shift to end, the members headed to the front desk to say good bye to the store staffs, member had a great first experience working at the Habitat ReStore and they look forward to their next visit!
