On October 5, 2025, members of AYLUS Syosset volunteered Mid-Autumn Festival at Eisenhower Park, I Lakeside Theater Parking Field 6 from 1 PM – 5 PM. Members worked on various stands throughout the festival, created and gave out lanterns, created lucky bracelets, fan drawings, helped the kids’ section, made clay mooncakes, and helped make candy sticks. Members’ efforts allowed many kids to have fun and allowed a large number of people to get small handmade trinkets, which allowed everyone to be happy. This event strengthened our members’ involvement in the community and spread awareness of this joyous event while providing experience in teamwork and responsibility.
