On Saturday, September 20th, the AYLUS branch of San Clemente volunteered at the South Orange County Walk to End Alzheimer’s event in Sendero Field, Rancho Mission Viejo. The members cheered on participants of the walk, organized different colored windwheel flowers on pathways, took down temporary benches and placed parts into boxes, and disassembled decorations. After the event, the members helped clean up the field and put all the windwheel flowers back.
The 8 members who participated are Edward Leigh, Laura Liu, Claire Huang, Tanya Kaewmanee, Elaine Shao, Eastwood Zhang, Clint Zhou, Haowen Zhuang (all received 3.5 hours).
