On Saturday September 6th, AYLUS Syosset went back to the CCE farmer’s market. Even as the season nears its end, the farmer’s market never stops finding opportunities to make each week special. At the first weekend of every month, we celebrate National Play Outside Day for all the visitors at the market! We had a great morning with lots of people, especially junior farmers market enthusiasts, who were able to join us. Not only did we have our usual coloring sheets, word searches, and activities set up for the kids, but we played red-light-green-light. In addition, we had different yard games such as hula hoops, soccer balls, and wiffle balls for all. As usual, the front desk covered the visitor count, loyalty cards to returning visitors, and answering general questions about the market. It was a great day paired with beautiful weather!
