On Aug.30, 2025, our branch members cleaned up the adopted street from the Whole Food Plaza to the McCrimmon Parkway at 10:30 a.m.
This event aims to enhance the local area’s cleanliness while promoting volunteer community involvement and environmental responsibility. After the summer vacation, so much garbage, like plastic bottles, bags, and wrapping papers, can easily be found along the sidewalk, which can be a serious hazard for people and pets in the community. Volunteers brought gloves, garbage bags, and litter pickers to ensure safe and effective cleaning.
Our volunteers are so proud to introduce our Aylus to walkers when they are curious about what we are doing. And we felt so happy when they said thank you.
