On August 16th, 2025, youth volunteers from the AYLUS Rancho Cucamonga Branch gathered at the ALFC Generosity Center for another impactful day of community service. From 7:20 AM to 1:00 PM, each volunteer contributed 5.5 hours to supporting local families in need, working with focus and determination throughout the event.

The volunteers collaborated on several essential tasks, including sorting fresh fruits and vegetables, packing canned goods, and assembling well-organized food bundles for distribution to households experiencing food insecurity. These packages provided vital nourishment and relief to families who may otherwise struggle to access balanced meals.

Beyond the immediate benefit to the community, the project also offered volunteers valuable hands-on experience in food organization, logistics, and teamwork. Their dedication, compassion, and sense of responsibility embodied the spirit of service that continues to guide the branch’s efforts.

By the end of the day, the volunteers left with a strong sense of fulfillment, knowing that their contributions had a tangible impact. This event served as a reminder that even a few hours of coordinated service can bring meaningful change, and it highlighted the power of unity in strengthening the community.
