On August 13th from 5:30 to 6:30 PM, volunteers from the AYLUS Raritan Valley Branch collaborated into making Raritan Bay Waterfront Park a cleaner and more inviting place. Members arrived with bags and objects to help pick up trash in all locations within the beach, consisting of the shoreline, the sidewalks, tree bushes, and more. This event has provided people of different ages an opportunity to work together and help protect local biodiversity. AYLUS Raritan Valley will be eager to host this event again, providing an invaluable and immersive experience to youth volunteers!
