On August 10, 2025, AYLUS Syosset held a volunteer-led basketball event at the Syosset-Woodbury Community Park Basketball Court. The session included one hour of basic skills training for beginners aged 6 and above (9:00–10:00), followed by a friendly scrimmage for more experienced players (10:00–11:00).
Parent volunteers assisted in maintaining order and caring for younger children, while participants enjoyed skill development, teamwork, and outdoor fun. Snacks and drinks were shared, and families brought basketballs, picnic mats, and chairs for a relaxed community atmosphere.
