During the week of 8/4/2025~8/8/2025, West Essex AYLUS is working with Seesaw vision center for the youth volunteer program. AYLUS volunteer’s work involves patient communication and basic front desk duties, as well as assisting the physician during patient care encounters. The goal of the program is to raise awareness about eye health in the youth community and give them an opportunity to learn more about a potential future career. We also wanted to build long lasting mentorship with Asian physicians, and promote Eye care knowledge. This event was instrumental in providing valuable resources to the community.
