Over the past few months, the AYLUS Safety and Roster Team has quietly but consistently supported the Special Needs Program by handling one of the most essential—yet often overlooked—parts of community service: making sure every event could safely and legally take place. From collecting and verifying release forms to maintaining clean, updated volunteer rosters, the team ensured that all participants were cleared and ready before each service day. Behind the scenes, they also worked on improving the digital systems that make this process run smoothly—fixing auto-updates, organizing uploads, and troubleshooting small issues before they became big problems. Thanks to their dedication, every special needs event was able to begin with confidence, knowing that the groundwork had been carefully laid.
