On June 29, 2025, AYLUS Space Coast played music for hospital patients in the heart center. Some of our volunteers played music in the hospital lobby, while others went inside the patient rooms.
As our volunteers played music in the lobby, dozens of nurses and visitors passed by, some even taking the time to stop and listen. One visitor in particular stopped and complimented our volunteers, saying that the music helped make him feel better during a difficult time.
Other nurses stopped and listened in the lobby, occasionally applauding after our musicians finished a piece.
Overall, our volunteers received lots of positive feedback from the hospital staff, patients, and visitors, many of them saying that the music helped them feel at ease.
