On Friday, June 27th from 4:30-5:30, the AYLUS volunteers played different kinds of sports with kids at the Firefighter park, such as tag, table tennis, badminton, and soccer. The sports were played, not only for fun, but to support the kids’ health, physically and mentally. By playing these sports we help the kids to grow and develop interpersonal skills and athleticism.
Also playing sports would help children and adults be active and make new friendships. Possibly, these interactions can help them figure out who they want to be when they grow up. The AYLUS program will continue to have these events that help kids with communication, friendships, and an idea on who they want to be as a person.
