Python Power-Up Summer Camp Session 1

On June 16, 2025, two volunteers of the AYLUS Columbus Branch hosted the first session of Python Power-Up 2025.

Python Power-Up 2025 is specially designed for beginners with little or no prior coding experience. Over the course of 10 engaging, hands-on sessions, students will be introduced to the exciting world of programming through interactive lessons and fun projects. Led by Alex Zhang and his enthusiastic team, the camp aims to spark curiosity, nurture creativity, and build confidence in every student.
In the first session, students got started by installing a Python IDE and exploring the basics of the language, including print method, performing math operations, and working with variables.
