AYLUS Basking Ridge partnered with AT&T Teens Teach Tech and VYF to host the Cybersecurity presentation at Fellowship Village, Address: 202 Mt Airy rd, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920. Volunteers made a presentation about cybersecurity, scams, and passwords. Volunteers had made a handout for the seniors, which included actvities and notes. In the presentation, volunteers engaged with seniors by asking them questions about their personal experiences with cyber security. There were about 30 seniors who had seen the presentation, and they all gave great feedback. After the presentation, the volunteers helped seniors with issues they had with their computers, ipads, phones and laptops. One question a senior had asked was whether she should be concerned with some spam messages she had recieved. There was also another senior who wanted to know how to block people from texting them.
