On June 12th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members helped their local food bank.
Members were glad to be back and started by helping make the large family food boxes, putting meats, fruits, deli, and pastries in each box. Then, members helped stock up the dessert and bread, making sure to organize them neatly on the shelves. After the morning meeting, members helped make fruit/veggie bags since they were running out quickly. Members mainly worked in the food-making section until things started to slow down. Then, members went outside and helped make bags of avocados and green/yellow squash/zucchini.
