On Friday, June 20th from 4:30-6:00, volunteers of AYLUS played sports with kids at Firefighter park. Games that were played were table tennis, badminton, and tag. These sports will generally help with one’s health physically such as improved stamina and flexibility and socially including social interaction and leadership skills.
Playing these sports will always have benefits for everyone either kid, teen, or adults. Going outside is important in maintaining an active state and being able to help others too will go a long way. Overtime continuing to play these sports with these kids will help them discover their passion into becoming who they are in the future. The AYLUS program will continue to support these events that will leave positive impacts onto others.
