On June 8th, from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, AYLUS Great Neck volunteered to spread wood chips around Kings Point Park. Each volunteer was equipped with rakes and worked to spread wood chips and flatten out the paths to ensure a smooth journey through the park. They worked continuously with few breaks during the two-hour work period, and successfully finished smoothing out a considerable portion of the trail.
This not only helped make the trails safer for visitors, but also enhanced the natural beauty and aesthetic of the park. The hard work of the volunteers helped contribute to a cleaner and safer park environment for any visitors and will continue to ensure that the park remains a vibrant and welcoming place in the future.
