Syosset AYLUS Members Volunteer at LINPI 5/31/25

On May 31st, members of the Syosset AYLUS volunteered at the Long Island Native Plant Initiative (LINPI), where they assisted with planting various species of native grasses and helped create a fresh batch of nutrient-rich soil for future planting projects. Working alongside LINPI staff, the volunteers contributed their time and effort to support local conservation efforts, gaining hands-on experience in environmental stewardship while helping promote biodiversity and restore native plant habitats on Long Island.
