On May 17 2025, the Greater Buffalo branch collaborated with BFB and BCA from 1:15 to 5:45 pm and successfully organized and hosted the # OneWorldChess tournament. Thirty people of various backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities participated in the tournament. Members volunteered by helping with check-in, setting up, monitoring the tournament and cleaning up.
