On May9th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS recycled bottles at a local recycling center.
After gathering together and sorting their bottles, they grabbed bins and began counting. Sorting some plastic bottles out for count and also counting their aluminum cans, they then separated their weighted plastic bottles and gathered their scrap plastics and glass in separate bins. After sorting, they sold their haul and signed off on $12.84 dollars in earnings. All proceeds will go towards toys and food for local animal shelters and sanctuaries in need.
