AYLUS Basking Ridge held Tech Support program at Ridge Oak Senior Center on 4/28/25 (4th)

AYLUS held its biweekly Tech Support program at Ridge Oak Senior Center on 4/28/25. Volunteers helped seniors on how to restore their passwords as well as set up their computers. They also taught seniors how to find games and log into their gmail accounts on the computer. Volunteers also helped senior log into various software apps to a later more updated version. They also helped the senior get connected to the residence network and direction to log into WeChat. There was a senior who needed help being guided through a system update, and image editing issues. There were also bluetooth connection issues and music not playing even after being connected to their phone. Seniors also had issues using the translator app and turning on and off do not disturb mode. Finally some seniors had issues with the printer that volunteers will try and revisit next time.
